WARRANTY & RETURNS
PLEASE NOTE: Proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty issues.
Downwind warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 14 days.
Products that are found to be defective within the warranty period will be replaced, credited or refunded.
Products will need to be returned at the customers expense. Once we have assessed the product and validated your return, we will provide your replacement, credit or refund.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence or normal wear and tear.
Downwind strives to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We want you to love what you’ve ordered, and in most cases, we’re sure you will! However, if something isn’t right or you have changed your mind and would like a credit for a product, you can return it within 14 calendar days – provided the product is:
– Undamaged and unused, with the original labels and swingtags still attached;
– In the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition.

Please Note: We do not refund or cover return shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns which are solely at the customers expense. There are also no returns or exchanges permitted on any sale items.
